Access to routeing information of RTH Offenbach
-----------------------------------------------

RTH Offenbach offers access to the routeing table of bulletins for
international exchange via the WMO ftp-server.

The documentation is given in two files complying with the note 
"Format for routeing catalogues" 

EDZWRMKS.TXT   :  Explanatory file (this file)
EDZWROCA.TXT   :  Body of the catalogue

The content of EDZWROCA.TXT has the following structure:


Format for routeing catalogue
-----------------------------

The RTH Offenbach routeing catalogue is created in the WMO specified 
format. Each record contains the following fields.

Field No.  Width        Content            
1          11           Abbreviated heading TTAAii CCCC
2          4            GTS circuit from which the bulletin is received
3          4 per field  GTS circuit to which the bulletin is sent
 
i.e.:
 "SMDL01 EDZW","OKPR","****","BABJ","DOHA","ECMF","****", . . .

"****" denotes a non-defined source or non-GTS recipients.
